EFT - Effective methods for clearing emotional blocks in Nice

Free Your Potential with EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

I'm Juliette Desvignes, EFT practitioner, and I'm delighted to welcome you to this space dedicated to emotional healing and personal fulfilment. If you're here, it's probably because you're looking for an effective method of overcoming emotional, physical or psychological challenges. You've come to the right place.

What is EFT?

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a brief therapy method combining elements of traditional Chinese medicine and modern psychology. Often described as a form of psychological acupressure, EFT uses tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on disturbing thoughts or feelings. This simple but powerful technique helps to release energy blockages and restore the body's natural balance.

How does EFT work?

  1. Identifying the problem: We begin by identifying the specific emotion, pain or issue you wish to address.

  2. Intensity assessment: You rate the intensity of your discomfort on a scale of 0 to 10.

  3. Setup: We formulate a specific phrase that acknowledges the problem while expressing unconditional self-acceptance, for example, ‘Even though I feel this anxiety, I deeply and completely accept myself.’

  4. Tapping sequence: Following a specific sequence, we gently tap on acupuncture points on the face, body and hands, while repeating the set-up phrase.

  5. Reassessment: After several rounds of tapping, we reassess the intensity of the problem to measure progress.

The benefits of EFT

- Stress and anxiety management: EFT is particularly effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels, helping to calm the nervous system and rebalance emotions.

Physical pain relief: Many clients report a significant reduction in chronic physical pain after EFT sessions.

- Improved performance: Whether in sport, study or work, EFT can help overcome mental blocks and improve performance.

- Trauma resolution: EFT is a gentle and safe technique for addressing and releasing past trauma, enabling deep emotional healing.

- Improved relationships: By working on negative emotions such as anger, fear and sadness, EFT can improve the quality of your personal and professional relationships.

- Boosting self-confidence: By eliminating limiting beliefs and negative emotions, EFT helps to boost self-confidence and promote a more positive self-image.

Please note: Hypnotherapy, EFT and EMDR, even when practiced by a therapist, are in no way substitutes for medicine. All medical conditions must be followed up by medical and/or therapeutic professionals. Furthermore, I am not a psychiatrist. Consequently, I do not make therapeutic diagnoses, and no medication should be modified or stopped without the advice of the medical staff who prescribed it. However, I am trained in psychopathology and psychotraumatology. In other words, I'm able to detect the symptoms of the most common psychological and personality disorders. And above all, I'm able to use the tools I've developed to help you resolve the emotional distress that is the cause of these disorders.
